FIT FAMILY is a modern studio for exercise, weight loss, and healthy living!
Under the auspices of “Powerfit” from the Netherlands, we offer you a complete exercise and weight loss program, but in a healthy way. You will be healthy, you will be FIT! Our expert team offers you full support to achieve your goals. But we do not stop here, we support you to keep your new slim line!


Our clients, in addition to individual exercises in the TFM (thermo-physical method) cabins, also receive an individual diet plan. These are not diets at all! At FIT FAMILIES, we strive for a proper and healthy diet together! After only 20 minutes, at least twice a week exercise in our cabins and with proper nutrition, you will surely experience your maximum energy and vitality, achieving your desired goal and your ideal weight and figure!

THERMOPHYSICAL METHOD

The thermo-physical method (TFM), for 30 years now, is the most successful and most effective method for losing weight in a healthy and natural way!


In 2007 “Human Nutrition and Health” University in Wageningen conducted a series of studies, through several methods of weight loss. After the tests, the thermo-physical method was highlighted as the most effective! Not only because you certainly lose weight and the centimeters in volume decrease, but also because of the extraordinary effects and achieved successful and long-lasting results!


Exercise cabins are heated by an infrared lamp (34 to 37 degrees Celsius). Due to the heat, possible difficulties in the spine and joints are avoided, and the temperature in the cabin contributes to faster fat burning, higher energy consumption, better metabolism and better blood circulation.


The cabin has four straps (two for the arms and two for the legs), which offer resistance and allow different intensity of exercises. After a few workouts, the planned exercises achieve the grandiose effect of losing weight, especially tightening the parts of the body where it is needed. Because of this, training in the cabins is extremely convenient and enjoyable for clients who want to lose weight, define their body or correct certain body parts.

Cardio training is great for improving your physical endurance! Our trainers will compile your training according to your physical condition and goal.

Apart from exercising on the regular cardio equipment (e.g. treadmill, cross trainer,), it’s also combined with additional exercises, such as Pilates and a full body workout.

CORRECTIVE GYMNASTICS

These are type of exercises which are part of kinesiotheraphy (medical discipline) where we use movement in order to release pain. It is applied upon pathological conditions and prevention of deformities.

The exercises aim to improve movement, balance and coordination of the whole body.


These exercises are on an individual basis and are given by one of our physiotherapist who is responsible for compiling the program.


The exercises are adapted according to functional status and age.

NUTRITION

In order to encourage all our clients to persue a healthy life style, no matter which exercise program they are following, we offer an individual monthly nutrition plan. As such, the plan is formed on basis of current health status and aim of achievement.
